At Joybones, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
We will make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There is a print quality issue
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier (DHL)
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
